Job Description

At Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Transport Training Program. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our patients and their families, and the ideal candidate will bring a passion for pediatric nursing and a commitment to excellence to our team.The RN in this role will work closely with the transport team to ensure the delivery of safe and quality care to the patients in our transport program. Responsibilities: • Provide quality care to pediatric patients and their families in the transport program • Assess, diagnose, and treat patient conditions in a transport setting • Track patient progress and update medical records • Maintain a safe and clean work environment • Work collaboratively with other members of the transport team • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies • Educate patients and families about transport services and procedures • Perform administrative tasks related to the transport program • Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure the delivery of quality care
