  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit.

  12. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.
  13. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients.
  14. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA regulations.
  16. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team approach.
  17. Attend trainings, workshops, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.
  18. Comply with all hospital policies and procedures.
  19. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with patients, families, and colleagues.
  20. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and contribute to the overall success of the pediatric intensive care unit.

Job Qualifications
  • Current And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Pennsylvania.

  • Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Intensive Care Or A Related Field.
