  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to children and adolescents with complex medical and behavioral needs.

  3. Monitor and assess patients' medical and behavioral status, and make appropriate interventions and referrals as needed.
  4. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and guidelines.

  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to care.
  8. Stay current on advancements and best practices in pediatric nursing and behavioral health to continuously improve patient care.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to the hospital's mission and values, and uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Equivalent From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Unrestricted Registered Nurse License In The State Of Pennsylvania.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Medical Behavioral Unit Or Related Mental Health Field.

  • Bls And Acls Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
