1. Coordinate and manage the care of inpatient pediatric patients and their families to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.

3. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical, social, and environmental needs to identify potential barriers to care.

10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes.
