- Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times, while upholding the hospital's values and mission.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for improvement and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Bachelors Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Pennsylvania.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In Pediatric Nursing.
Completion Of Basic Life Support (Bls) And Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) Certifications.
Strong Communication, Critical Thinking, And Problem-Solving Skills.
