  1. Conduct research on pediatric radiology techniques and advancements.
  2. Collaborate with a team of experts to design and execute research studies.
  3. Collect and analyze data from various sources, including patient records and imaging technology.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in pediatric radiology.
  5. Write and publish research articles for medical journals or present findings at conferences.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with other research institutions and professionals in the field.
  7. Ensure compliance with all ethical and safety standards in research.
  8. Assist in the training and supervision of junior research staff and students.
  9. Communicate research findings and progress to hospital leadership and other stakeholders.
  10. Continuously seek out new research opportunities and funding sources.
  11. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of research strategies.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of research data and progress.
  13. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Radiology: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree With Specialized Training In Radiology. This Will Ensure That The Fellow Has A Strong Foundation In The Field And Is Equipped To Conduct High-Quality Research.

  • Prior Research Experience: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Conducting Research, Preferably In The Field Of Radiology. This Could Include Published Articles Or Presentations At Conferences. Previous Experience In A Research Fellowship Program Or Completing A Research Project During Residency Training Would Be Highly Desirable.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills: As A Research Fellow, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Analyze Complex Data, Interpret Results, And Draw Conclusions. Therefore, Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate Research Findings To Both Medical And Non-Medical Audiences Is Crucial For This Position. The Candidate Should Be Able To Present Research Findings In A Clear And Concise Manner, Both Orally And In Writing.

  • Team Player: The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Researchers, As Well As With Clinicians, Technicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals. A Team Player Mentality Is Essential For Success In A Research Environment, Where Teamwork And Collaboration Are Often Necessary To Achieve Objectives.
