Job Description

We at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Developmental Behavioral Research Network team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills to lead and coordinate research initiatives, as well as collaborate with members of our team and outside stakeholders.The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of research projects within the Developmental Behavioral Research Network. The successful candidate must have excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of the principles of research, and be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in project management, research, or a related field. We are looking for someone who is organized and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for working with children and families, and a commitment to improving the lives of those with developmental and behavioral health challenges is essential. The successful candidate must be committed to working in a collaborative environment and possess a strong set of problem-solving skills.This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven individual to make a difference in the lives of children and families. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coordinate research initiatives within the Developmental Behavioral Research Network.
  2. Plan, execute, and complete research projects in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with members of the team and outside stakeholders.
  4. Develop project plans and ensure they are executed properly.
  5. Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed.
  6. Prepare and present reports and other project deliverables to stakeholders.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities.
  8. Work with children and families to improve their lives.
  9. Resolve issues that may arise during the course of a project.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
