
Program Manager Specialist
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Program Manager Specialist to help ensure the successful operation of our hospital's programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and exceptional organizational and communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about making a positive impact for our patients and their families. The Program Manager Specialist will be responsible for ensuring programs are functioning efficiently and meeting all objectives. The successful candidate will be a team-player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of program management experience. Experience in healthcare and/or hospital program management is preferred. You must also have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful operation of the hospital's programs • Monitor program objectives to ensure they are being met • Create and maintain program documents and reports • Work with other departments to coordinate program activities • Ensure programs are functioning efficiently and effectively • Analyze program data to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions • Develop and maintain relationships with program stakeholders • Monitor budgets and manage resources to stay within budget • Develop and facilitate training sessions for program personnel • Provide input on the development of program policies and procedures • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance and improvement initiatives • Participate in meetings and other activities as needed • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new program personnel • Develop and maintain strong relationships with program partners and external stakeholders
