Welcome to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional medical care to our young patients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Princeton Peds Hospitalist to join our team. As a member of our hospitalist team, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to children and adolescents. We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering top-quality care and has a strong understanding of pediatric medicine.   1. Provide exceptional medical care to young patients at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
  2. Work as part of a hospitalist team to provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents.
  3. Utilize knowledge and expertise in pediatric medicine to diagnose and treat patients.
  4. Collaborate with other medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to develop and implement treatment plans.
  5. Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  6. Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
  7. Maintain accurate and updated medical records and documentation.
  8. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  9. Stay current on advancements and developments in pediatric medicine.
  10. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and sensitivity towards young patients and their families.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the hospital.
  13. Adhere to ethical and professional standards at all times.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  15. Attend trainings, conferences, and workshops to continue professional development.
  16. Uphold the mission and values of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
  17. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  18. Serve as a role model for junior hospitalists and medical staff.
  19. Handle emergency situations with composure and efficiency.
  20. Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Board Certification In Pediatrics From The American Board Of Pediatrics.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Pediatric Hospitalist In An Academic Or Tertiary Care Hospital Setting.

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge In The Management Of Acute And Chronic Pediatric Conditions, Including Critical Care Experience.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team, Including Physicians, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Commitment To Patient And Family-Centered Care.
