Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Pricare Trainer - Bilingual to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by training our staff on the use of the Pricare system, an essential tool in our mission to provide exceptional care. We are looking for a highly skilled individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish, and has a strong background in healthcare and training.   1. Develop and implement training programs for staff on the use of the Pricare system, ensuring all employees are proficient in its use.
  2. Conduct training sessions in both English and Spanish, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to engage and educate participants.
  3. Create training materials and resources, such as user guides and instructional videos, to support staff in using the Pricare system effectively.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the training program aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make necessary adjustments to improve its impact.
  6. Provide ongoing support to staff, addressing any questions or concerns related to the Pricare system.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest features and updates of the Pricare system and incorporate them into the training program.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on the Pricare system, being able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
  9. Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the Pricare system is functioning properly and meeting the needs of the organization.
  10. Assist with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring they receive proper training on the use of the Pricare system.
  11. Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the training program.
  12. Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant feedback for reporting purposes.
  13. Uphold the organization's values and commitment to providing exceptional healthcare in all interactions with staff and patients.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth to enhance skills and knowledge in training and healthcare.

Job Qualifications
