The Pre-Award Administrative Manager will be responsible for providing critical support in the pre-award process, as well as ensuring that the organization maintains compliance with relevant internal and external regulations.The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in pre-award grant administration, along with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the pre-award grant administration process, ensuring all documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner • Monitor relevant internal and external regulations to ensure the organization is compliant • Assist with the preparation of budget reports and financial statements • Review and analyze grant applications for accuracy and completeness • Develop and implement pre-award policies and procedures • Provide administrative support to the Pre-Award team • Collaborate with other departments to ensure grant applications are completed accurately • Assist in the review of contracts and other documents related to pre-award activities • Create and maintain accurate records and filing systems for pre-award documents • Perform other duties as assigned
