  1. Conducting Polysomnography tests on pediatric patients to diagnose and treat sleep disorders.
  2. Monitoring and analyzing sleep patterns, breathing, and brain activity during testing.
  3. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients.
  4. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of test results and patient information.
  5. Ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during testing procedures.
  6. Educating patients and their families on sleep disorders and treatment options.
  7. Troubleshooting technical issues with equipment and providing maintenance when necessary.
  8. Staying up-to-date with advancements and changes in the field of polysomnography.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification As A Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (Rpsgt) From The Board Of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (Brpt).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Polysomnography Technologist In A Pediatric Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Pediatric Sleep Disorders And Treatment Modalities.

  • Proficiency In Conducting And Interpreting Pediatric Sleep Studies, Including Polysomnograms, Multiple Sleep Latency Tests, And Maintenance Of Wakefulness Tests.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Education And Support To Patients And Their Families.
