- Provide compassionate and skilled healthcare services to pediatric patients in the Emergency Department.

- Conduct thorough assessments and physical examinations of patients, including obtaining medical histories and ordering necessary tests or procedures.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them on their condition and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Continuously strive for professional growth and development through ongoing education and training.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

- Meet all required qualifications and maintain necessary licensure and certifications.
Current Certification As A Physician Assistant By The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Or Completion Of A Physician Assistant Program Accredited By The Accreditation Review Commission On Education For The Physician Assistant (Arc-Pa).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Physician Assistant In An Emergency Department Setting.
Current Licensure To Practice As A Physician Assistant In The State Of Pennsylvania.
Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge In Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Including The Ability To Assess And Treat A Wide Range Of Medical Conditions And Emergencies In Children.
