1. Manage a team of healthcare professionals, including physician assistants, nurses, and support staff, to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

10. Stay current with advancements and changes in pediatric medicine, and incorporate new practices and technologies into patient care as appropriate.

12. Act as a liaison between the healthcare team and CHOP administration, providing regular updates on patient care, team performance, and any issues or concerns that arise.
