  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality medical care to pediatric patients at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
  2. Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to develop treatment plans and ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  3. Utilize strong clinical skills and knowledge of current pediatric medical practices to diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries.

  9. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards, in the provision of patient care.
  10. Serve as a positive and professional representative of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, promoting a welcoming and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
