  1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner.

  3. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear and accurate information about their care and any necessary resources.

  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including patient waiting areas.
  10. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on hospital policies and procedures.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and provide feedback to management on potential improvements.
  12. Adhere to all hospital and industry regulations and standards, including HIPAA and patient privacy laws.
