- Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars.
- Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations.
- Collect and process patient payments.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Assist with patient registration and check-in process.
