The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) seeks an experienced Patient Financial Services Representative to join our growing Revenue Cycle team. As a Patient Financial Services Representative, you will have the opportunity to contribute to CHOP's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare to children and families. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, patient accounts, and billing records. Responsibilities:

  1. Process payments, patient accounts, and billing records in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families.
  3. Maintain current and accurate patient billing records.
  4. Utilize strong data entry skills to ensure accuracy of patient information.
  5. Remain up-to-date on all relevant policies and procedures.
  6. Respond to inquiries from patients and families in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Assist with other tasks as needed, such as preparing reports and filing documents.
  8. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a positive patient experience.
