Job Description

The Office Coordinator at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is an integral part of the daily operations of our hospital. We are seeking a passionate and organized individual who can take the lead in managing the day-to-day tasks of the hospital office. The ideal candidate for this role must be able to effectively collaborate and communicate with coworkers and hospital staff, while managing various projects at once. This position requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently. Responsibilities for the Office Coordinator at CHOP:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the hospital office • Collaborate and communicate effectively with coworkers and hospital staff • Manage various projects simultaneously • Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently • Ensure a positive and organized workplace • Handle administrative duties such as filing, copying, data entry, and other clerical duties • Oversee office supplies and equipment to ensure adequate supplies for daily operations • Provide customer service to visitors, patients, and staff • Assist with the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff and visitors • Assist with the implementation of new office systems and processes • Monitor office security procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
