Job Description

The Office Administrator at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Feeding and Swallowing Center is a vital part of our team, helping to ensure that the Center provides the highest quality of care to our patients. We are searching for an outstanding candidate with a passion for helping others, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and has the ability to work independently and with a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that the Feeding and Swallowing Center provides the highest quality of care to patients.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  3. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and communication skills.
  4. Work independently and with a team to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain and update patient records and other office records.
  6. Coordinate and schedule patient appointments.
  7. Assist with billing and other administrative tasks as needed.
  8. Assist with marketing efforts for the Center, including creating and distributing promotional materials.
