Job Description

The Office Administrator position at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

  5. Maintain the office in a neat and organized fashion.
  6. Manage and complete day-to-day office tasks.
  7. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  8. Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures.
  9. Assist with special projects as needed.
  10. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
