Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and service-oriented Office Administrator to join the team at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. If you are a dynamic, detail-oriented individual with a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and families, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field• At least two years of experience in an administrative support role• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as needed

Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations including scheduling, filing, and data entry • Answer and respond to incoming phone calls from internal and external stakeholders • Provide administrative support for the team at CHOP • Assist with the development and implementation of office procedures • Coordinate meetings and appointments • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and other documents • Ensure customer service standards are met • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records • Monitor and order office supplies • Create and update databases and filing systems
