
Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care
At Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care to join our team. Our hospital is dedicated to providing world-class care to children and families from around the world, and our palliative care team plays an integral role in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses.The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for providing quality palliative care services to children and their families. The Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care will have a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families, and will strive to provide the best possible care.Required qualifications include a master's degree in nursing with a specialty in palliative care, active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner within the state of Pennsylvania, at least three years of experience in pediatric palliative care, and a strong commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team.
