Job Description

Are you a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant looking to make an impact on the lives of children? The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is looking for a dedicated and passionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be providing critical care to newborns and infants with complex medical needs. You will be in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rewarding environment, working with a team of experts in the field of neonatal medicine.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master’s degree in Nursing and be licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA). In addition, you should have at least two years of experience in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and a demonstrated commitment to quality patient care. We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual who is able to think on their feet and make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment.If you have the required qualifications and are looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of our patients, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide critical care to newborns and infants with complex medical needs in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Work with a team of experts in the field of neonatal medicine to ensure quality patient care.
  3. Demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
  4. Think on your feet and make quick decisions under pressure.
  5. Maintain an advanced knowledge of neonatal care and medical practices.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
  7. Document patient progress, treatments, and any changes in condition.
  8. Educate families on best practices for the care of their newborns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing
