At the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), we are looking for a highly collaborative and knowledgeable MRI Technical Liaison to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a MRI professional with expertise in the field to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our MRI lab and serving as a liaison between the MRI team and other departments within the hospital.We are seeking an individual with extensive knowledge of MRI technology and a commitment to patient safety. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging or a related field, experience in a clinical setting, and an MRI registry certification. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the MRI lab.
  2. Serve as a liaison between the MRI team and other departments within the hospital.
  3. Ensure patient safety in the MRI lab.
  4. Maintain knowledge of MRI technology and protocols.
  5. Communicate effectively with staff and other departments.
  6. Maintain organization of the MRI lab.
  7. Work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Monitor MRI safety protocols and procedures.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of new protocols.
