Job Description

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is looking for a passionate and dedicated Metabolism Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work with families affected by metabolic diseases to ensure that they receive the best care and support possible. You will be responsible for providing counseling, advocating for families, connecting them with resources, and working with the clinical team to provide the most comprehensive care to our patients.The ideal candidate for this role should have a master's degree in social work and a minimum of two years of experience in a health care setting. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of metabolic diseases and the needs of families who are affected by them, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
