1. Oversee the development and implementation of integrated behavioral health services for pediatric patients at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients, including physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
3. Lead and supervise a team of behavioral health professionals, including psychologists, counselors, and therapists.
