We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Patient Financial Services for our Home Care Services department. In this role, you will oversee the financial operations of our home care services, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for patients and their families.   1. Oversee the financial operations of the Home Care Services department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.
  2. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve the overall effectiveness of the department.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  4. Manage a team of financial staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure department goals and objectives are met.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall patient experience.
  6. Utilize knowledge of healthcare finance to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  7. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, addressing any financial concerns or questions they may have.
  8. Stay informed on changes and updates in healthcare finance and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies and other third-party payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed financial records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Conduct financial analysis and make recommendations for budget planning and cost reduction strategies.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the department.
  13. Represent the department in meetings and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes and systems to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Financial Management, With A Focus On Home Care Services.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Home Care Billing And Reimbursement.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Oversee A Team And Drive Performance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Patients, Families, And Insurance Providers.
