Manager, Patient Financial Services

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager of Patient Financial Services to join our dynamic team. 2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Ensure the accuracy of all financial information and records.
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
6. Train and mentor staff on customer service and financial policies.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
8. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
9. Monitor and maintain department budgets.
10. Manage and motivate team members to ensure productivity.
