Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager of Accounts Receivable Analysis to join our team at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for improving our accounts receivable processes. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve the performance of our Accounts Receivable department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Analysis or a related role, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. You should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to improve the performance of the Accounts Receivable department and ensure that patients receive the highest level of care.
  2. Analyze current Accounts Receivable processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement new and improved processes for Accounts Receivable.
  4. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Accounts Receivable processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  5. Monitor Accounts Receivable metrics and analyze trends to ensure performance goals are being met.
  6. Prepare and present reports on Accounts Receivable performance to senior management.
  7. Manage and mentor a team of Accounts Receivable Analysts.
  8. Maintain updated knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.
  9. Provide advice and guidance to Accounts Receivable staff on technical matters.
  10. Ensure all Accounts Receivable processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
