- Develop and implement educational programs for staff on life-saving techniques and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on life support protocols and procedures.
- Create and maintain up-to-date training materials and resources.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and effective training program.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Stay informed of current trends and developments in life support education.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff in regards to life support techniques.
- Work closely with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.
- Monitor and maintain certification records for staff members.
- Participate in and assist with emergency response drills and simulations.
- Serve as a resource for staff for any questions or concerns related to life support.
- Stay updated on hospital policies and procedures and ensure they are reflected in training materials.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the hospital in all interactions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure staff are following proper safety procedures during training.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Health Education, Nursing, Or Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience Teaching Life Support Courses, Such As Basic Life Support (Bls), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals), Or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls).
Certification As An Instructor In Bls, Pals, Or Acls.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Life Support Guidelines And Protocols.
Excellent Communication And Teaching Skills, With Experience Working With Diverse Populations And Age Groups.
