- Conduct comprehensive financial and compliance audits to ensure the integrity of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's financial practices.
- Develop and maintain audit plans and schedules in accordance with industry standards and organizational needs.
- Lead and supervise a team of internal auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits.
- Review and evaluate internal controls and procedures to identify any potential risks or areas for improvement.

- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to internal auditing.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Internal Audit And/Or Healthcare Industry.
Professional Certification Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa).
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Auditors.
