  1. Lead a team of data analysts to ensure accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  2. Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support CHOP's mission and goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions to improve healthcare for children.
  4. Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify patterns and trends and provide insights that inform decision making.
  5. Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  6. Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing and maintaining data governance processes.
  7. Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and best practices.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and recommend new tools and technologies to improve processes.
  9. Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data systems and infrastructure are optimized for data analysis.
  11. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve data management and analysis processes.
  12. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization.
  13. Represent CHOP in external data conferences and events to share insights and best practices.
  14. Create and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and methodologies.
  15. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Science, Statistics, Or Computer Science

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Data Analysis And Management

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python

  • Experience With Healthcare Data And Knowledge Of Hipaa Regulations

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Lead A Team And Present Data Findings To Stakeholders.
