
Lead Clinical Dietitian
Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Dietitian to join our team of dedicated professionals. The Lead Clinical Dietitian will be responsible for providing nutrition care and education to improve the health and nutrition of pediatric patients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping children and a commitment to excellent nutrition care.The Lead Clinical Dietitian requires a bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical nutrition. Registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is required. The candidate must also possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities of the Lead Clinical Dietitian:
- Provide nutrition care and education to pediatric patients.
- Develop nutrition plans and programs to ensure optimal health and nutrition for patients.
- Monitor and assess patient progress and nutrition status.
- Lead and mentor clinical dietitians in providing excellent nutrition care.
- Develop and/or instruct nutrition classes for patients, families, and staff.
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals.
- Make recommendations on nutrition policies and procedures.
- Document patient care and progress.
- Stay current on the latest nutrition research and trends.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills
