  1. Oversee and manage a team of certified medical assistants to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
  2. Train and mentor new medical assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure they are able to perform their duties effectively.
  3. Collaborate with nursing and physician staff to develop and implement best practices for patient care.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate levels are available for patient care.
  5. Coordinate and schedule appointments, procedures, and tests for patients, ensuring timely and accurate care.
  6. Greet patients and families with a warm and welcoming attitude, providing a positive and comforting experience.
  7. Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records and completing insurance forms.
  8. Respond to patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, addressing any issues that may arise.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
  10. Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance patient care and increase efficiency.
  11. Serve as a role model for team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
  12. Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or hospital leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Certification From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Pediatric Healthcare Setting.

  • Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Medical Assistants.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Providers.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Pediatric Medical Procedures, Protocols, And Equipment.
