  1. Lead and manage a team of Certified Medical Assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  2. Provide guidance, support, and training to the team to ensure they are up-to-date with medical procedures and protocols.
  3. Serve as a role model for team members by demonstrating compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with patients and their families.
  4. Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the medical assistant team, including scheduling, task assignment, and patient flow.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to patient care.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and assist with documentation as needed.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  8. Participate in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  9. Act as a liaison between the medical assistant team and other departments within the hospital.
  10. Stay current with advancements in medical technology and procedures to enhance patient care and improve efficiency.
  11. Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the overall functioning of the medical assistant team.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued, motivated, and supported.
  13. Continuously evaluate and identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of patient care.
  14. Represent the hospital in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the hospital and relevant governing bodies.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Credential From A Recognized Accrediting Institution Such As The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama)

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Medical Assistant In A Pediatric Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Medical Assistants

  • Knowledge Of Pediatric Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Equipment

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals And Interact With Pediatric Patients And Their Families.
