- Provide exceptional care to pediatric patients with endocrine conditions in an inpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' endocrine conditions and develop appropriate care plans based on their individual needs.
- Monitor and manage patients' conditions, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing patient education.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure they have a clear understanding of their condition and treatment plan.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using electronic medical records.
- Stay up-to-date on current research, best practices, and treatment options in pediatric endocrinology.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based protocols and guidelines.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to other healthcare professionals, including nurses and students, to promote a culture of learning and excellence in endocrine care.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards of practice.

- Provide support and guidance to patients and their families throughout their hospital stay, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

- Promote a positive and compassionate work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and teamwork.
Current Licensure As A Registered Nurse And Advanced Practice Nurse In The State Of Pennsylvania.
Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Program With Specialization In Endocrinology, Or Equivalent Experience.
Current Certification As A Nurse Practitioner By A National Accrediting Organization (Ancc, Aanp, Etc.)
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In An Inpatient Endocrinology Setting.
Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge In Pediatric Endocrine Disorders, Including Diabetes, Thyroid Disorders, And Growth And Puberty Disorders.
