- Provide high quality medical care to pediatric patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution: A Qualified Candidate For This Position Must Have Completed Medical School And Hold A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From A Reputable Institution.
Residency And Board Certification In Pediatrics: Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia Specializes In Pediatric Care, So A Physician Applying For A Job At This Hospital Should Have Completed A Residency Program In Pediatrics And Be Board Certified In The Field.
Experience Working With Children: This Position Requires A Physician Who Is Comfortable And Knowledgeable In Working With Children Of All Ages, From Infants To Adolescents. Previous Experience In A Pediatric Setting Is Highly Desirable.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Physician At Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships And Providing High-Quality Care.
