We require a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting as well as professional certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Responsibilities:

1. Provide high quality patient care to pediatric patients in accordance with the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's standards and protocols.
2. Utilize strong therapeutic skills to assess the respiratory needs of patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
3. Educate patients and their families on respiratory therapy and other related treatments.
4. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
5. Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulations and keep up to date with the latest advances in respiratory therapy.
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
7. Participate in and attend ongoing education and training programs to stay up to date on best practices.
8. Maintain professional certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
