GMP Manufacturing Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that biologic and pharmaceutical products are manufactured in accordance with GMP standards
2. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
3. Follow applicable regulatory requirements and cGMPs in the biologics/pharmaceutical industry
4. Monitor production processes and take corrective action when necessary
5. Troubleshoot and solve complex problems in a timely manner
6. Train and mentor other team members in GMP manufacturing processes and procedures
7. Perform basic laboratory techniques and procedures
8. Maintain accurate records of all production activities
9. Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes
10. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to document and track production activities.
