Finance Partner

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial data and generate reports for the finance department
2. Monitor the organization’s financial performance and identify areas of improvement
3. Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve financial objectives
4. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
5. Create and present financial presentations to department heads
6. Liaise with external audit teams and ensure compliance with financial regulations
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and consistency
8. Develop and monitor financial controls and policies
9. Provide strategic and operational support to the finance department
10. Advise senior management on financial matters and provide guidance on financial decisions
