We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Family and Community Partnership Manager to join our team. As the Family and Community Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our patients' families and the surrounding community to ensure that their needs are met and their voices are heard.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients' families to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  2. Serve as a liaison between the hospital and the surrounding community, building partnerships and collaborations to support the well-being of our patients and families.
  3. Plan and execute community engagement initiatives, such as events and programs, to educate and involve the community in our mission and services.
  4. Advocate for the needs of patients and their families within the hospital and in the community, providing a voice for those who may not have one.
  5. Collaborate with hospital staff, including social workers and healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic and patient-centered approach to care.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to effectively engage and support families and the community.
  7. Continuously gather feedback and assess the needs of families and the community, and use this information to improve and enhance our services.
  8. Train and educate hospital staff on best practices for engaging with families and the community to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in family and community engagement, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation in our approach.
  10. Serve as a mentor and resource for other staff members, providing guidance and support in family and community engagement efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Public Health, Child Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Community Outreach And Engagement, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Non-Profit Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Child Health And Development, As Well As Community Resources And Partnerships.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Diverse Populations.

  • Experience In Program Development, Implementation, And Evaluation, With A Focus On Family And Community Engagement And Empowerment.
