
Executive Associate

As an Executive Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital. - Provide administrative support to the executive leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings and events.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for the executive team.
- Prepare and track expense reports and other financial documents.
- Assist with budget planning and monitoring for the executive team.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Coordinate and liaise with other departments and teams within the hospital to facilitate efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and files.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Attend and take notes during meetings, providing summaries and action items to relevant parties.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the hospital.
- Uphold the mission, values, and standards of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in all interactions and tasks.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With All Levels Of Staff, Patients, And Families.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Computer Programs, With The Ability To Learn New Software Quickly.
