
Epic Ambulatory Systems Analyst
Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is looking for an Epic Ambulatory Systems Analyst to join our team and help us continue to provide superior care to our patients. The perfect candidate for this role is someone who is a self-motivated and creative problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epic's Ambulatory module, an understanding of healthcare operations, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care to all of our patients. They must have a strong technical background and be able to quickly learn new technologies. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational needs, and develop and implement solutions using Epic Ambulatory modules.
- Develop and maintain Epic Ambulatory training materials.
- Stay current on advancements in Epic Ambulatory modules and healthcare operations.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas of improvement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to users.
- Monitor user activity to identify potential areas of risk and take appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular reporting to management on system usage and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills
