Job Description

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Enterprise Improvement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will use your knowledge of data analysis, problem solving, and process improvement to help create a positive, patient-centered healthcare experience. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker and a team player who is passionate about making a positive impact on healthcare. You should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role, and experience using data analysis and process improvement tools. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think outside the box to identify and address areas in need of improvement. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in the patient experience.
  2. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to improve the patient experience.
  3. Utilize data analysis and process improvement tools to track and assess progress.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  5. Develop effective communication strategies to share insights with stakeholders.
  6. Work with teams to identify and address areas of improvement.
  7. Develop metrics to measure the success of process improvement initiatives.
  8. Provide training and support to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  9. Monitor and evaluate process improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practices.
