We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Improvement Advisor specializing in Patient Safety to join our team.   1. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety processes and systems throughout the organization.
  2. Conduct thorough analyses and assessments of current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather input and support for improvement initiatives.
  4. Utilize project management skills to plan, organize, and execute improvement projects.
  5. Monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  6. Provide guidance and training to staff on patient safety practices and protocols.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to patient safety and quality improvement.
  8. Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for patient safety initiatives and projects.
  9. Lead and participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement new processes and protocols.
  10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  11. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with patient safety standards and regulations.
  12. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  13. Collaborate with external organizations and partners to share best practices and learn from others.
  14. Participate in the development and implementation of organization-wide quality improvement initiatives.
  15. Act as an advocate for patient safety and quality improvement within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Improvement, With A Focus On Patient Safety

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies And Tools, Such As Lean Six Sigma, Pdsa, And Root Cause Analysis

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Effectively Present Findings And Recommendations

  • Previous Experience Working In A Pediatric Healthcare Setting Preferred, With A Deep Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Needs Of Pediatric Patients And Families.
