We are currently seeking a motivated Enterprise Improvement Advisor to join our Cardiac Center team. This role is vital to our organization as we strive to continuously improve our processes and operations to better serve our patients and their families. As an Enterprise Improvement Advisor, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall performance of our Cardiac Center. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about driving change and has a strong background in process improvement and project management.   1. Develop and implement improvement strategies to optimize the performance of the Cardiac Center.
  2. Identify areas for improvement within the Cardiac Center and create action plans to address them.
  3. Conduct regular assessments and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of improvement projects.
  5. Provide guidance and support to staff members in implementing improvement initiatives.
  6. Monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership.
  7. Utilize data-driven approaches to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings.
  8. Conduct trainings and workshops to educate staff on process improvement methodologies.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Cardiac Center.
  10. Stay current on industry best practices and trends in process improvement and project management.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Consulting Or Business Development, Preferably In A Cardiac Center Or Pediatric Hospital Setting

  • Comprehensive Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends And Regulations, Particularly In Pediatric Cardiology

  • Excellent Project Management And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans For Business Growth And Improvement

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders, Including Physicians, Administrators, And External Partners.
