
Enterprise Improvement Advisor
Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is looking for an innovative and driven Enterprise Improvement Advisor to lead our hospital’s enterprise transformation initiatives. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead initiatives that will positively impact the lives of our patients and families. As an Enterprise Improvement Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve financial and operational performance across the hospital.The ideal candidate for this role will have an extensive background in consulting and analysis, with experience in enterprise performance improvement, project management, and data-driven decision making. You will possess excellent communication skills, a collaborative nature, and the ability to work independently and proactively in pursuit of enterprise-wide improvement. Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead initiatives to improve financial and operational performance across the hospital.
- Develop and execute strategies for enterprise performance improvement, project management, and data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish performance metrics and report on progress.
- Formulate and implement plans to achieve project goals.
- Provide advice and guidance on enterprise improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze trends in the industry and recommend changes to the hospital’s strategies and operations.
- Communicate and coordinate initiatives with upper management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
- Adhere to all CHOP policies and procedures.
