Enterprise Improvement Advisor

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and lead initiatives to improve financial and operational performance across the hospital.
2. Develop and execute strategies for enterprise performance improvement, project management, and data-driven decision making.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Establish performance metrics and report on progress.
5. Formulate and implement plans to achieve project goals.
6. Provide advice and guidance on enterprise improvement initiatives.
7. Monitor and analyze trends in the industry and recommend changes to the hospital’s strategies and operations.
8. Communicate and coordinate initiatives with upper management.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
10. Adhere to all CHOP policies and procedures.
