Manage enrollment process: The primary responsibility of the Enrollment Coordinator is to manage the enrollment process for all programs and services offered by the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.   2. Communicate with patients and families: The Enrollment Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for patients and their families during the enrollment process. This includes answering any questions, addressing concerns, and providing updates on the status of their enrollment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Health Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Enrollment, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Insurance Plans And Enrollment Processes, Including Medicaid And Chip.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Families From Diverse Backgrounds.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records Systems And Ability To Accurately Document Patient Information.
