  1. Oversee the operations of the Division of General Surgery, including managing staff, resources, and budgets.
  2. Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement strategic plans for the division.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to healthcare administration.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospital leadership, and external partners.
  5. Lead the recruitment and retention of top talent for the division, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the division to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  7. Develop and monitor performance metrics to assess and improve the quality and efficiency of the division's operations.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in pediatric surgery and healthcare administration.
  9. Act as a liaison between the division and other departments within the hospital to facilitate collaboration and communication.
  10. Represent the division in meetings, conferences, and other events to promote its mission and initiatives.
  11. Serve as a mentor and coach to staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel.
  13. Collaborate with the hospital's leadership team to align the division's goals and initiatives with the overall strategic plan.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.

  • Advanced Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Particularly In Relation To Pediatric Surgery.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Physicians, Staff, And Other Stakeholders.
